An alarming number of people have recently claimed that they were getting their Venmo and Paypal accounts shut down, leading to forfeiture of all funds in some cases. There are a couple ways to circumvent this:

• Use a service like https://www.leaguesafe.com/
• Make each league a DAO
• Send funds to Gnosis safe
  • Commish could have ownership of safe
• Have Snapshot governance to determine changes to the league (overkill)
